Q: Is there a refund policy?
A: Unfortunately there is a strict no refund policy at this time.
Q: How does the email support work?
A: You have access to weekly email support from Destiny. Days that email support falls on are disclosed to clients once enrolled.
Q: When does my coaching package actually begin?
A: Coaching officially begins on the day we have our 1 hr. initial consultation, and ends either on the 4 month mark of that date. You are notified via email the week before your coaching package closes.
Q: How do I schedule my follow ups and how often should I scheduled them?
A: You can schedule all your appointments with the link that is provided to you when you schedule your initial consult. Save the link as you will use it for all your appointments. Ideally you’ll want to schedule your follow ups every 2 weeks. Scheduling follow ups is YOUR responsibility. This ensures that you can get the most of your coaching package and are supported as you need.
Q: Do appointments need to be canceled by a certain time frame to avoid fees?
A: Yes. You are required to cancel appointments 48 hrs in advance to avoid a cancelation fee of $45.00 USD.
Q:Do I need to do any prep for the GI Map stool test?
A: Yes you will need to stop taking all digestive aids/ supplements for 3-4 days before you collect your sample. You can resume taking those once you take your sample.
Q: Do I need to do any prep for the HTMA Test?
A: Yes. You will need to refrain from henna, coloring, and bleaching your hair. STOP using dandruff shampoos like Selsen Blue or Head and Shoulders which have zinc and can affect your results. If you have colored or bleached your hair you will want to wait a minimum of 6-8 wks before taking a hair sample. Hair should be virgin hair. Otherwise test results could be tainted and likely not accurate.
Q: How do I cancel scheduled appointments?
A: You can cancel your appointments in your Nutri Q portal (48 hrs prior to your appointment).
Q: Do you suggest retesting GI map and/or HTMA tests?
A: Yes. It is highly recommended doing retests for both so that we can monitor progress, verify if a protocol is working, or if it needs to be tweaked.
Q: Do you recommend blood work or blood test to compliment GI Map and HTMAs ?
A: Yes I do. I now recommend certain blood chemistry to compliment HTMA tests. Those tests are discussed once someone has enrolled in coaching.
Q: When should retests be done?
A: GI Maps retests should be done 4 weeks after a gut protocol has been completed. HTMA tests should be done every 3- 4 months or can be done every 6 months - a year. Blood chemistry is something that can be retested often to monitor progress every 2 months or so.
Q: Do you offer just retests if I don't want continued coaching?
A: Yes you can order retests for all tests ran at Dlux Wellness. You can get retests that include the test kit + review + 1 protocol based off of your retest. Retests are also cheaper after you have coached with Destiny which is great!
Q: What if I need or want further coaching/support after our coaching package has closed?
A: I offer a few options for continued support for my clients. Here are some examples of options:
Individual follow ups - 1 (30 mins ea.+ 1 email follow up).
Follow Up Package - 3 ( 30 min follow ups that expire at 6 wks + weekly email support for 6 wks).
Full Continuation Package - 3 month coaching ( includes 1 GI map retest + 1 hr review + 1 protocol, 1 HTMA retest + 1 hr review + 1 protocol, 4- 30 min follow ups, weekly email support for 60 days).
